Our Plant Leadership Program is also a unique program that seeks to develop trainees into future plant managers. Under the support of the Regional Director and Plant Manager, you will have the opportunity to learn the basics of our business, our processes, and our products. These positions are both challenging and rewarding as you will have opportunity to lead one of our 45 manufacturing facilities within one to two years.  A strong candidate should be comfortable in a position of leadership. They must also have a general understanding of the manufacturing industry, a willingness to relocate, and the ability to complete training under the direction of the Plant Manager and Regional Director.
